Our Hydrotherapy pool gives you a full hydrotherapy massage, where jets and under water currents combine to release tension and relax muscular pain. This is an energizing and stimulating way to relax your mind,body and soul.

Enter into the exotic herbal steam temple under a thousand stars, to take part in a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual. Apply different coloured medicinal Chakra muds to specific areas of the body, whilst gently inhaling the steam infused by pure herbs. This helps to cleanse the respiratory system, smooth the skin and detoxify the body, whilst revitalizing your Chi energy.

To complete the ritual, a warm tropical rain pours down from the dome of the Rasul, and as the muds are gently washed away, so is every last drop of tension in your soul.

2 hour session £30 per person (Monday - Friday)
2 hour session £50 per person (Saturday)
